Product Characteristics and Application Scope

3A molecular sieve is a kind of alkali-gold silicate aluminate, which can absorb water and molecules whose critical diameter is not greater than 3A. 3A zeolite can remove other hydrocarbon molecules in water adsorption process and is widely used in deep drying of petroleum cracking gas, such as ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetylene and natural gas. It can also be used for drying polar liquids such as ethanol, liquefied petroleum gas and solvents. The 3A zeolite produced by our company has successfully replaced imported products in petrochemical enterprises, such as as as desiccant for petroleum cracking gas. After adsorbed by 3A zeolite, the gas water content can be reduced to less than lppm (dew point is less than - 70 degree C).

3A zeolite can be regenerated by hot-dried gas (preferably Propylene Nitrogen) and used as heavy bismuth. The degree of regeneration depends on the temperature, flow rate and humidity of the hot-dried gas (the optimum regeneration temperature is 200-3501:).

3A molecular sieves are packed in cardboard drums (lined with plastic bags) with a net weight of 40 kg per drum. When transporting, attention should be paid to light loading and unloading, to prevent product damage, and to prevent dampness and pollution during storage.
